3.337 new cases of Covid-19 and 73 deaths, reported in the last 24 hours in Romania

According to GCS, until Wednesday, in Romania, 788.048 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus have been confirmed. 731.049 patients have been declared cured.

In the last 24 hours, 3.337 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 were registered, these being cases that had not previously had a positive test. Aside from the newly confirmed cases, following the retesting of patients who were already positive, 710 people were reconfirmed as positive.

As of Wednesday, 20.086 people diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection have died.

In the last 24 hours, 73 deaths were reported (41 men and 32 women), of some patients infected with the new coronavirus, hospitalized in Arad, Bacău, Botoşani, Braşov, Brăila, Caraş-Severin, Cluj, Constanţa, Galaţi, Gorj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Ialomiţa, Iaşi, Maramureş, Mureş, Neamţ, Olt, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Suceava, Teleorman and Timiş.
