Major Bucharest Company Asks For Substantial Money Reimbursement

The request was made through the Bucharest Stock Exchange and was signed by the current head of the Administration Board, Alexander Adamescu. Palade is thus requested to reimburse RON3 million to Unirea Shopping Center, which is the value of non-settled prepayments she took from the company.

The company might encounter difficulties due to the personal issues between the major players involved. Palade is the ex-wife of businessman Dan Adamescu, late owner of the company, and the stepmother of Alexander Adamescu. Adamescu has repeatedly declared his animosity towards Palade after his father died and said that she disrespected his father and she wanted to take over his business without being fully entitled to do so.
